- Jesus is the center of our coming to peace with God (Rom. 5:1).
- According to the Bible, we come to Jesus through faith at repentance with water baptism in his name.
- That was the message beginning with John the Baptist (Mark 1:4), under Jesus' ministry (John 4:1) and under the ministry of the apostles after Jesus was taken up into heaven (Acts 2:37-41).
- That same repentance and baptism must be at the heart of true ministries today.
